Turkish woman is reunited with her cow ‘Bircan’ who was trapped under a collapsed building

Birgul Tuncay was overjoyed when her cow, which she named 'Bircan', was rescued in Adiyaman after being trapped under the rubble of a destroyed building for 11 days.
Birgul worked as a farmer in the Dardogan village of Adiyaman but lost her farm in the earthquake that struck the region last week. She kept Bircan alive by feeding her.
The Gendarmerie Search and Rescue Teams were alerted to the presence of Bircan by Birgül and rescued the cow after around three hours of work.
